How FRFW handles shopping information, email requests and privacy choices.
Information you provide
FRFW uses information you provide to operate the store and answer your requests. This includes support messages and the email address, consent and garment preferences you submit for drop or restock updates. Order, delivery and payment information is collected through Shopify checkout to process and fulfil your purchase.
Your bag and preferences
The storefront uses a session cookie and local browser storage to maintain your bag, remember privacy and sound preferences, and recover shopping selections. Hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. Signup abuse prevention uses short-lived hashed network identifiers.
Optional analytics and advertising
When analytics or advertising integrations are enabled, the storefront requests permission before activating optional tracking. You can change that choice using Cookie settings. Global Privacy Control disables marketing tracking on this storefront. Shopify checkout has its own privacy controls and services.
Email updates
Signing up is optional. We store the email address and interests you submit so FRFW can follow up about the requested drops or restocks. Contact us at any time to withdraw consent or request removal. A signup does not reserve an item or guarantee a restock.
Service providers
Information is processed by services that operate this storefront and support storage, checkout, payment, fulfilment and customer service. These include the site hosting infrastructure and Shopify. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the store and its customers.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including completing orders, handling support, meeting legal obligations and maintaining requested subscriptions. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not email payment-card details.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Email us to make a request or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
