Before you order
Available shipping methods, destination eligibility and shipping charges are shown at Shopify checkout. Processing and delivery times depend on the item and destination. Contact us for a current estimate before placing your order.
Follow your order
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email to follow your purchase. If you need help with a shipment, send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
International orders
International availability is confirmed at checkout. Customs processing may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs and taxes.
Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders containing backorder or preorder items ship once all items are in stock.
A shipment problem?
Contact us with your order number and details. Keep the packaging and photograph any damage so the issue can be investigated with the carrier.
