Returns
FRFW’s 30-day return window, eligibility and refund process.
30 days from delivery
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to return it. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return
Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address before sending your item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If return shipping is arranged and deducted from your refund, that cost is deducted once.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
Damaged or defective items
We replace defective or damaged items with the same item. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can help with the exchange.
Excluded items
Gift cards and intimate or sanitary goods are not returnable.
